Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Branch Manager for our Nandigama branch. This is a full-time, on-site role, where you will be managing day-to-day branch operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring seamless customer service. Key responsibilities include supervising and mentoring branch staff, monitoring loan disbursements, achieving business goals, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing client relationships to foster growth and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team effectively
• Proficiency in sales strategy implementation and achieving business targets
• Expertise in customer relationship management and customer service
• Analytical skills for monitoring operations and improving branch performance
• Ability to adhere to company policies, standards, and audit compliance
• Graduate or equivalent degree in business, finance, or related fields; MBA is an added advantage
• Prior experience in the housing finance industry or financial services is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
