The Circle Manager will drive business growth by leading and managing a team of SDMs, UMs, AMs, and BDMs within the insurance agency or direct sales channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Provide clear communication of the organization's vision and local team objectives, with proficiency in English and local language.
- Lead and support Career FLS / BLs to maximize business goals and productivity.
- Offer strategic advice based on superior channel knowledge, product expertise, and sales skills.
- Support and coach the team during important sales calls and provide regular sales mentoring.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Identify skills gaps and implement developmental plans through trainings and activities.
- Assist Circle Manager and Associate Circle Heads in achieving their performance goals.
- Oversee training certifications of SDMs reporting to Circle Managers (0-6 months).
- Build a culture of high organizational values, ethics, and integrity within the Circle.
Sales & Sales Management
- Maximize Circle sales productivity and achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Provide daily leadership and motivation towards target achievement.
- Directly support selective large client acquisitions without compromising other objectives.
- Monitor performance against plans and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure agency discipline including daily huddle attendance, quality performance reviews, and completion of SAM calls.
- Oversee sales processes from lead generation to business conversion.
- Manage recruitment and activation of Financial Consultants (FCs) and Business Leaders (BLs).
- Drive employee success by maintaining low attrition and ensuring monthly target achievement.
- Identify and recruit top Financial Consultants from the market.
- Convert top FCs into Business Leaders and help them build their teams for maximum leverage.
- Support BLs in expanding their distribution networks through their FCs.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Insurance team handling experience in Agency or Direct channels is a must.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in insurance agency or direct channel sales.
- Minimum 2-3 years team handling experience in the agency channel is required.
- Proven track record of performance and career stability.
