Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in (Moradabad Bareilly, Pilibhit, Amroha Rampur) for a Branch Manager in Gold Loan operations at Shriram Finance Limited. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations and supervise a team to ensure efficient workflows, assist with loan disbursements, manage customer relations, and drive business growth in the gold loan segment. Responsibilities also include ensuring adherence to business policies, monitoring branch performance, achieving targets, and fostering customer satisfaction while adhering to compliance standards.

• Proficiency in managing branch operations and sound knowledge of gold loan products and processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate branch employees
• Customer relationship management and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention
• Sales and business development skills to achieve operational and business targets
• Basic financial acumen and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making
• Ability to work in an on-site role and manage responsibilities efficiently under deadlines
• Minimum educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or a related area
• Experience in NBFC, banking, or gold loan sectors will be an added advantage
