We specialize in high return on deposits (9% on FDs) and Home Loans, aiming to help people build their dream homes.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for facilitating gold loans, evaluating loan applications, determining loan amounts, and ensuring timely repayment. The Gold Loan Officer will also be responsible for maintaining accurate loan records, providing excellent customer service, and promoting loan products.

Qualifications

• Experience in gold loan processing and evaluation
• Knowledge of loan management and repayment procedures
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle financial transactions accurately
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
