Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations for Gold loan including managing staff, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role in Surat includes monitoring sales targets, driving business development for gold loan products, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Good contacts and good client base in the gold loan market in Surat

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop branch staff.
Proficiency in sales, business development, and customer relationship management within financial services or related sectors.
Solid understanding of lending, investments, and basic banking or NBFC operations, including risk and compliance practices.
Ability to analyze financial data, track branch performance metrics.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Relevant experience in branch management, retail finance, or NBFC/banking operations in India for gold loan
