Branch Manager - Financial Services / Mutual Fund & Insurance Advisory

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in BFSI / Banking / Insurance / Mutual Fund sales or branch handling 

Salary (CTC): ■2.5 – 6 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentive)

Education: Graduate (any stream); MBA/PGDM preferred; AMFI/NISM certification held or willingness to obtain

Company Profile Investrack Advisors Pvt Ltd is an established financial advisory firm that has been operating in Rewa (Khutehi Branch) since 2013. Given its growing client base, the company opened a new branch in Dhekha in April 2026. We provide investment and insurance advisory services. 

Roles & Responsibilities • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Dhekha branch • Lead the team of advisors and improve their performance • Acquire new clients and generate business • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure retention • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets • Follow regulatory and compliance guidelines • Grow the branch's presence and business in the local market

Desired Candidate Profile • Good understanding of financial products (mutual funds, insurance, investments) • Strong communication and leadership skills • Local market knowledge / network (Rewa or nearby cities) • Experience in team handling • Willing to relocate or make regular visits to the branch
