Candidates must be at least Graduatewith relevant experience in Business sourcing/Sales of Financial products and must have served in Managerial Cadre/Management level in Banks/Reputed Financial Institutions.
Increase Gold Loan business, various third party products i,e Mutual Funds Gold Coins sale, Insurance -Life, Medical & Vehicle.
Supporting the team for Recovery for achieving interest collection targets, Promotional Activities etc.
The salary offered is ranging from Rs.16,000/- to Rs.21,250/-pm for Assistant Manager and Rs.22,250/- to Rs.31,000/-pm for Branch Heads, depending on the centre of posting.
In addition, all our employees will be eligible for Quarterly variable incentives and Performance linked Annual Bonus (Variable) as per norms depending on Branch/individual business performance.
