Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Gurugram. The Branch Manager will manage daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure compliance with company policies while achieving business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing logistics operations, coordinating transportation and warehousing, monitoring KPIs, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, process improvement, staff training, and reporting to the higher management.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee branch operations and lead staff effectively
  • Experience in logistics operations, including transportation.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and technology, including tracking and monitoring systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships and collaborate across teams
  • Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of the logistics industry, including Vehicle placement.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 or 3 years experience on paper for Branch Handling.
