Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Branch Manager located in Guna. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, manage loan disbursements, and build strong customer relationships. Additionally, the Branch Manager will lead the team in setting and achieving sales and business development targets, analyzing market trends, and driving customer satisfaction to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management, Team Leadership, and Branch Administration
• Knowledge in Financial Products, Credit Evaluation, and Loan Disbursement Processes
• Sales and Business Development capabilities, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis and an understanding of regulatory compliance in the housing finance sector
• Problem-solving ability and a results-oriented mindset
• Relevant experience in banking, housing finance, or the financial services industry is preferred
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required
