Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in New Delhi. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring all services are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company policies. Key responsibilities include managing staff, developing and implementing strategies to meet branch targets, handling banksrs inquiries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and working to improve overall branch performance and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in the credit and collections services industry is a plus
