Branch Manager – Overseas Education
Job Summary
The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, student counseling, admissions, visa processing, team management, and business development activities for overseas education services. The role requires strong leadership, sales orientation, and in-depth knowledge of international education systems and visa procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete branch operations and ensure achievement of admission targets.
- Lead and supervise counselors, visa officers, and support staff.
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, scholarships, and visa requirements.
- Handle end-to-end admission and visa processes.
- Develop business through seminars, partnerships, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Monitor lead conversion, student satisfaction, and branch performance.
- Resolve student and parent queries professionally.
- Maintain MIS reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in overseas education counseling or branch operations.
- Prior team handling and target management experience preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent counseling and sales abilities.
- Knowledge of international admissions and visa processes.
- Ability to manage targets and branch growth.
- CRM and MS Office proficiency.
