Branch Manager (BM) Health Insurance (Direct Channel)
Role Overview
Branch Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing team performance, and achieving business targets in the Health Insurance segment through direct channel.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly/annual sales targets for health insurance products
Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives/agents
Drive business through direct selling, referrals, and field activities
Ensure strong customer acquisition and policy conversion
Monitor team productivity, daily reports, and performance metrics
Maintain high persistency and renewal business
Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company policies
Develop strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience In Health Insurance / BFSI Sales Preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
Eligibility
Graduate (any stream)
