At NowFloats, our mission is to enhance the local online discovery of small and medium businesses (SMB) through innovative solutions. We utilize a unique location-based SEO process to ensure SMBs are easily discoverable by local customers. Our product offerings range from an organic discovery model with automated SEO to a hybrid model that combines SEO with marketing boosters like Google Adwords and Facebook ads. Additionally, we offer RIA, a Relationship Intelligence Agent, to help businesses maintain customer engagement with minimal manual effort.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensures the success of the Branch by achieving sales targets - branch targets.

Mentors and helps the team to achieve/exceed their sales targets.

Ensures daily/weekly/monthly reporting.

Present the team for a new approach in the market to reinforce the bottom line.

Conducts all kinds of product/process training for any new recruits in the team and also

conducts refreshers for the existing team.

Becomes a consultant to the team as well as for customers, by adopting a consultative

selling approach.

Generates own business leads, business planning/sales planning.

Diligently manages the ERP and ensures the same for the team.

Conducts daily team reviews, and reports the same.

Ensures that the customer on-boarding process is fast and smooth.

Owns and manages the customer life-cycle.

Involves her/him in customer engagement and provides valuable feedback about the

product and services.

Manages sales and operations to deliver optimum and time bound results.

Adheres to the values and behaviour of NowFloats.

What are we looking for

Be able to predict bottlenecks and think out of the box to resolve them

Work Experience:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in field sales preferably in Dotcom/BFSI/Telecom Industry

Experience in building partnerships for SaaS based products companies

Individual with prior sales experience in the internet domain
