Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Bengaluru(HSR Layout). The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the showroom, manage sales targets and customer service excellence, and lead a team to achieve business objectives. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, ensuring a high standard of visual merchandising, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The Branch Manager will also engage in staff training, resolving client queries, and spearheading strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in sales strategy development, target management, and customer relationship building
• Experience in inventory control, purchasing, and showroom operations management
• Knowledge of jewelry trends and materials such as silver with fashion jewellery knowledge is preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in retail management is an advantage
