AP Guru is hiring on behalf of Anchor Plywood for the role of Branch Manager (BM).

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations of the Pune branch and interior Maharashtra, including Sales & Marketing, Accounts, Administration, and Godown Operations. The role requires strong leadership, operational control, and credit management to ensure smooth branch functioning and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Supervise sales/marketing teams, accounts, and godown operations.
• Drive business growth and support achievement of sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure adherence to company credit policies.
• Ensure timely collections and healthy receivables.
• Maintain inventory, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
• Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve business objectives.

Requirements :

• 12–15 years of experience in branch management, sales operations, or building materials industry (Plywood, Laminates, MDF, Hardware, Paints, etc.).
• Strong understanding of branch operations, accounts, inventory, and credit control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in dealer management and collections.
• Graduate required; Post Graduate preferred.
