Job Description

  • Ensuring smooth operations and achieving the revenue & profitability targets of the Branch
  • Client acquisition from own network/ open market along with margin collection as expected
  • Generate revenue through Broking & Non Broking Products (LI, MF, FD, Bonds etc & focus product if any)
  • Promote Focus Product of the month.
  • Ensure individual and team performance as per norms.
  • Recruit, induct, handhold, facilitate, motivate & retain Team Members
  • Maintain & service the existing clientele
  • Playing captain role i.e. have individual targets along with team targets
  • Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines
