This is a full-time on-site Branch Manager role located in Raipur. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, drive business growth, develop and maintain client relationships, and ensure the achievement of revenue and profitability targets. Responsibilities include managing a team of employees and business associates, implementing sales and marketing strategies, devising solutions to improve client satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role requires leadership skills, operational oversight, and the ability to analyze market trends and implement client-centric investment solutions.

• Proven expertise in team management, leadership, and the ability to motivate branch staff effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets, investment services, and asset management.
• Strong client relationship management and strategic communication skills to deliver solutions in line with client needs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to devise and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations, risk management, and adherence to company policies.
• Proficiency with digital financial tools, applications, and platforms.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in managing a team in financial services or related industries.
