Experience: 5+ years of experience in the equity market, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Job Responsibilities
Team Handling and AUM collection
Increase revenue from new client through up sale / Cross Sell
Acquisition of HNI, Retail clients and Corporate Clients
Promote Focus Product of the month.
Ensure individual and team performance as per norms.
Recruit, induct, handhold, facilitate and motivate team members.
Retention of performing team members.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch within the given guidelines, framework and budgets.
Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines.
Cross Selling of Third Party Products- LI, MF, PMS, FD, Bonds etc
Key Competence
Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
Client-centric approach with a focus on delivering value.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
