CTC-upto 15 lpa

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and Team Management: Handle a team of sales managers, recruit new talent, and build the agency

- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with internal and external customers, support day-to-day sales operations, and ensure smooth channel functioning

- Sales Process Management: Oversee sourcing, processing, and issuance of insurance policies, and handle post-issuance customer issues

- Financial Management: Manage financials, meet financial targets, and ensure timely commission reconciliation

- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and skills development for sales teams and channel partners

Requirements:

- Experience: 4+ years in the life insurance industry, with experience in sales and team management

- Skills:

- Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a team

- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Sales: Proven track record of meeting sales targets

- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry products, trends, and regulations

- Qualifications: MBA or professional degree, with experience in sales development and team leadership

Salary Range: 14,00,000 - 15,00,000 per annum .
