Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of sales managers/agents, ensuring high productivity and motivation.
  • Sales & Targets: Achieve branch sales targets and business growth by driving sales through the agency channel.
  • Operations: Manage overall branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with company/regulatory standards.
  • Strategy: Develop and implement local marketing, sales, and customer acquisition plans, segmenting markets and profiling customers.
  • Market & Product: Stay updated on products and competitors; analyze local market trends.
  • Reporting: Report sales activities and branch performance to top management.
