Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Jaipur. The Branch Manager will lead branch operations, oversee day-to-day activities, and ensure smooth functioning to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include managing a team, developing strategic plans for customer acquisition, ensuring portfolio quality, and adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring timely disbursement of loans, and fostering a high-performance culture within the branch team.

• Proficiency in Branch Operations, Team Management, and Customer Relations
• Strong skills in Sales Planning, Business Development, and Customer Acquisition
• Experience with Credit Management and Portfolio Quality Monitoring
• Knowledge of Compliance, Regulatory Guidelines, and Risk Management
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work in a result-oriented and target-driven environment
• Experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
