- Gold Loan ProcessingSupport in gold appraisal procedures under supervision of authorized staff.
Assist in verifying customer documents (KYC, application forms, etc.).
Enter loan details into the system accurately.
Help ensure proper tagging, packaging, and safe storage of gold ornaments as per company guidelines.
- Documentation & ComplianceMaintain and update records of loan applications and customer files.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and KYC norms.
Assist in generating daily and weekly reports for branch operations.
- Branch Operations & AdministrationSupport day-to-day branch activities such as filing, data entry, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with other departments as needed.
Assist in handling customer receipts, acknowledgments, and payment updates.
- Sales & Marketing SupportProvide support in customer outreach and promotional activities.
Assist in cross-selling financial products offered by the organization.
Follow up with customers for renewals, interest payments, and closures.
