CTC Range: 4,50,000 7,50,000 LPA

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (OEM Industry Experience Preferred)

Role Overview

The Branch In-Charge will be responsible for overall branch operations, driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, managing team performance, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining profitability and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete branch operations (Sales, Inventory, Logistics & Administration)
• Drive sales targets and achieve revenue & margin goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, contractors, and OEM partners
• Monitor stock levels, ensure optimum inventory turnover, and reduce dead stock
• Ensure timely procurement and coordination with the warehouse/logistics
• Lead, train, and manage branch team members
• Maintain financial discipline, billing accuracy, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Prepare and present branch performance reports to the Director

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Sales-driven mindset with business acumen
• Experience in building materials/steel/OEM industry preferred
• Inventory and supply chain management knowledge
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Ability to analyze sales data and improve branch performance

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
