Objective:
Lead, strategize, and drive the overall business growth of the branch in the B2B segment across wires, FMEG, and electrical solutions. Establish the branch as a highperformance business unit through strong institutional sales leadership, strategic customer acquisition, channel excellence, and full P&L ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual business plans, revenue targets, and growth strategies for institutional, project-based, and government sales segments, with clear accountability for top-line growth.
- Drive revenue generation across corporate, institutional, government, and large-scale project businesses.
- Lead business development efforts with projects, builders, consultants, architects, EPC contractors, industries, and government departments, expanding the organization's project portfolio.
- Manage and secure approvals, registrations, and empanelments in the government and public sector, ensuring compliance with all procedural and statutory requirements.
- Acquire, retain, and manage high-value strategic accounts, strengthening long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Build and nurture strategic alliances with influencers, specifiers, consultants, and project authorities to enhance project visibility and conversion.
- Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing strategies, trade terms, credit structures, contractual conditions, and long-term agreements.
- Oversee end-to-end operations including sales execution, commercial coordination, logistics, collections, customer service, branch administration, and statutory compliance.
Experience:
- 15+ years in B2B Sales within Wires, Switches & Switchgears and through the electrical business.
- Minimum 5+ years in a leadership/branch management role with full P&L or business unit responsibility.
- Proven success in institutional sales, project sales, and key account management.
Qualification:
- B.Tech/B.E(Any Discipline).
- MBA/PGDM preferred (Sales / Marketing / Operations).
