- Responsible for recruitment and development of Agency Managers / Advisors.
- Achieve branch sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor advisor productivity and performance.
- Provide training and motivation to the agency team.
- Ensure policy issuance, persistency and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with agency partners and advisors.
- Track business MIS, reports and sales pipeline.
Candidate Requirement -
- Experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel.
- Team handling experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and advisor development.
- Strong leadership and sales management skills.
