Job Description

  • Business Development & Revenue Growth

    • Drive sales and profitability of the branch through acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing relationships.

    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, AUM (Assets Under Management), and profitability targets.

    • Identify new business opportunities in wealth management, investments, insurance, and other financial products.

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing investment advisory and wealth solutions.

    • Ensure delivery of superior customer experience and timely resolution of client queries.

    • Act as the key point of escalation for high-net-worth clients.

  • Team Leadership & People Management

    • Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff including Relationship Managers, Wealth Advisors, and Operations team.

    • Set performance goals, monitor productivity, and ensure continuous training & development.

    • Foster a culture of high performance, compliance, and client-centricity.

  • Operational & Compliance Oversight

    • Ensure adherence to company policies, risk management frameworks, and regulatory guidelines.

    • Monitor branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

    • Maintain ethical standards and compliance in all client engagements.

  • Strategic Contribution

    • Participate in regional strategy formulation and contribute market insights.

    • Represent the branch in corporate initiatives, product launches, and networking events.

    • Drive digital adoption and process automation initiatives within the branch.



Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1015 years of experience in Banking/Wealth Management/Financial Services with at least 35 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of wealth management products mutual funds, portfolio management services, insurance, structured products, and alternative investments.

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing high-net-worth clients.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving ability.

  • Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and regulatory framework (SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, AMFI).
