Job Summary

The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving sales, distribution, and market expansion for kitchen chimneys and hobs within the assigned territory. The role involves managing dealer/distributor networks, leading the sales team, and ensuring achiev

Achievement of revenue targets while maintaining strong brand presence in the consumer durable segment.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends Channel Management
  • Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners
  • Build strong relationships with kitchen studios and appliance stores
  • Ensure product availability and visibility Team Management
  • Lead and motivate Sales Executives and Promoters
  • Set targets and monitor team performance
  • Conduct field visits and reviews Market Development
  • Identify new markets and expansion opportunities
  • Increase retail footprint and distribution reach
  • Coordinate local promotions and branding activities

Customer & Partner Engagement

  • Maintain relationships with key dealers and clients
  • Handle escalations related to sales and supply Operations & Inventory
  • Ensure stock availability and proper inventory management

Financial & Reporting

  • Track branch profitability and collections
