Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Branch Head - Real Estate Sales. The Branch Head will oversee operations, drive sales strategies, and manage the performance of the branch. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, managing a sales team, preparing and implementing strategies to achieve targets, and developing opportunities for business growth. The role requires a candidate with effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills who can ensure the delivery of excellent customer experiences.
