This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Head, based in Mohali district. The Branch Head will oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring the achievement of business goals and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include leading a team, ensuring high-quality customer service, developing strategies to meet sales targets, maintaining regulatory compliance, and building strong relationships with customers and partners. Key duties also include monitoring performance metrics, reporting, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

• Leadership and management skills to lead a team effectively and maintain a high-performance workplace culture
• Strong sales acumen with proven ability to meet and exceed business targets
• Customer relationship management skills, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships
• Knowledge of financial services and expertise in loan products such as personal loans, home loans, and business loans
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills to monitor branch performance and strategize for business growth
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Prior experience in the financial services sector in a managerial or leadership role is highly desirable
• Proficiency in relevant tools and technology for reporting and operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage
