About the Role:
Max Capital India is looking for an experienced Branch Head HL & LAP to lead and manage branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure smooth processing of secured loan products. The ideal candidate should have strong legal, technical, and financial knowledge related to HL and LAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Head and manage end-to-end HL & LAP operations for the branch
- Drive business sourcing, channel partnerships, and team performance
- Strong understanding of legal, technical, and financial documentation
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for approvals, disbursements, and escalations
- Ensure compliance with lender policies and internal processes
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and operations teams
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets and branch profitability
Required Skills & Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of HL & LAP products
- Strong exposure to Legal, Technical, and Financial evaluations
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience working with multiple banks and NBFCs
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HL & LAP
- Prior experience as Branch Head / Team Lead / Senior Manager preferred
- Gurugram-based candidates preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
