Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Branch Head to take full ownership of our Trivandrum branch. This role requires a strong leader who can drive revenue, build and manage a high-performance team, and ensure consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve branch revenue targets
- Drive branch growth and market expansion initiatives
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team
- Monitor daily performance and ensure target achievement across the team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversions and revenue
- Ensure smooth branch operations and adherence to company processes
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience (mandatory)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in Immigration / Study Abroad industry preferred
- Candidates from other strong sales backgrounds will also be considered
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
