We are seeking an experienced Branch Head to oversee our branch operations in our Automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the branch's performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the branch to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage and develop branch staff, providing coaching and support to ensure high performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 12-20 years of experience in branch management or relevant roles in the Automobile sector 4wheeler is manadatory.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management practices.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
