Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Head at our Pune Division. The Branch Head will oversee daily branch operations, develop and implement business strategies, lead and manage staff effectively, and ensure achievement of performance targets. The role involves cultivating strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, the Branch Head will monitor and enhance operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.
