Description

The Branch Head – Direct Channel at HDFC Life will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the branch, leading a team of sales professionals, and driving the sales growth of insurance products through direct channels.

Responsibilities

Lead the branch operations and ensure effective management of the direct sales team.
Drive sales targets and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Prepare reports on branch performance and provide insights to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements.
