Job Description

Job: Business Head - Hyderabad

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Handling a Team of 20+ Team Members.
  • Ensuring that the team achieves their Targets.
  • Ensuring that the motivation and Attrition of the Team are well under control.
  • Identifying, developing, and retaining future leaders of the Organization.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Developing and maintaining healthy relationships with the client.
  • Proposing Customized Integrated Marketing Solutions to Client's Needs.
  • Speedy Resolution of Queries and grievances to maximize the satisfaction level of Clients.
  • REVENUE GENERATION from Existing Clients Achieving Annual Targets through Repeat Business from Existing Clients by proposing innovative and Contemporary Solutions.
  • Pitching and implementing projects with integrated Digital Ideas.
  • DELIVERY Ensure all events follow the appropriate client approval protocols.
  • STRATEGIC PLANNING with Directors to define the way forward of the organization.

EXPERIENCE: 15+ years of experience in the Event Industry

EDUCATION: Preferably Diploma/Degree Holder from EMDI/Marketing MBA from a reputed institute.

OTHER DESIRED ATTRIBUTES:

  • Excellent communication Skills Experience of Virtual events Knowledge of Events & Activations.
  • The Right Attitude and enthusiasm to excel Excellent Client Handling Skills.
