TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Handling a Team of 20+ Team Members.
- Ensuring that the team achieves their Targets.
- Ensuring that the motivation and Attrition of the Team are well under control.
- Identifying, developing, and retaining future leaders of the Organization.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Developing and maintaining healthy relationships with the client.
- Proposing Customized Integrated Marketing Solutions to Client's Needs.
- Speedy Resolution of Queries and grievances to maximize the satisfaction level of Clients.
- REVENUE GENERATION from Existing Clients Achieving Annual Targets through Repeat Business from Existing Clients by proposing innovative and Contemporary Solutions.
- Pitching and implementing projects with integrated Digital Ideas.
- DELIVERY Ensure all events follow the appropriate client approval protocols.
- STRATEGIC PLANNING with Directors to define the way forward of the organization.
EXPERIENCE: 15+ years of experience in the Event Industry
EDUCATION: Preferably Diploma/Degree Holder from EMDI/Marketing MBA from a reputed institute.
