Role Description The Branch Head–Broking is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Faridabad, responsible for overseeing the broking branch's operations, growth, and compliance. This role involves managing day-to-day trading and broking activities, guiding and supervising the branch team, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policies, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Branch Head will drive business development, expand the client base, and promote cross-selling of products such as wealth management, insurance, and other financial solutions. Daily responsibilities include monitoring branch performance, analyzing market trends, setting sales targets, preparing reports, and coordinating with senior management and other business units. The role also requires handling key client relationships, resolving escalations, and ensuring smooth operational workflows to achieve profitability and sustainable growth for the branch.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of equity and derivative markets, broking operations, and SEBI/regulatory guidelines relevant to branch management.
  • Experience in sales and business development within financial services, with a track record of meeting revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management, performance coaching, and the ability to build an engaged, high-performing branch workforce.
  • Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or professional certification (e.g., NISM, MBA)
