Job Description

Job Title Branch Head

Function Sales & Marketing

External Interface Customers, Parent Co's RPM/APM, Vendors/suppliers

Minimum Qualification

(i.e. Trainings, education, certifications etc ) MBA/POST GRADUATION/Dip. In Management / Automobile / Mechanical Engineering degree is must

Minimum Experience 10 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales :

1 Segemnt wise daily / weekly sales target achievement in value and volume.

2 Drive Fast moving parts and Periodic Maintenance Service parts penetration / placement at each counter.

3 Maximise daily billed customers.

4 Ensure 80% of the customers achieve their assigned / planned targets every month.

5 Monthly closing should be done 1 day before month end.

6 New customers appointment should be done as per the assigned targets.

7 Each BDE should conduct parts display activity at 5 retailers counter every month & collect minimum 2 tesimonials.

8 Month on month growth in active customers.

9 BM needs to analyse the cause of sale returns, damages & take course correction and inform Business Head's and Warehouse Managers.

10 BM needs to collect order of slow moving parts on monthly basis.

  • Business Development and Demand Generation

1 Device PJP of each BDE on the basis of business potential and ensure 100% adherence.

2 Plan and conduct mechanic training programs.

3 Actively participate in all the skill development contest and trainings offering by Maruti and Beekay.

4 Ensure that all POP, gift material, branding material, boards, banners are used at right place and at the right time.

5 Should understand and explain each and every scheme floated by Maruti / Beekay to the customers and sales team, and making it successful.

  • Receivable Management :

1 Achievement of Product wise Sales and Collection Targets - Weekly and Monthly

2 Achievement of Monthly Billed Customers Target .

3 Achievement of Monthly Active Customers Target .

4 Work towards increasing customer wise partline sales, and partwise target achievement of billed customer and quantity.

5 Work towards making all company level schemes successful.

6 Keep tarck of customer outstandings and adhere customer credit limits keeping OD in control.

7 Convert customers in channel funding.

8 Ensure 100% balance confirmation on quarterly basiss.
