Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Prayagraj for a Branch Credit Manager. The Branch Credit Manager will oversee credit management processes, assess credit applications, and ensure compliance with company policies and risk guidelines. Responsibilities include conducting credit risk evaluations, preparing detailed financial analyses, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring the health of the branch's credit portfolio. The role also involves monitoring loan performance and collaborating with teams to optimize credit strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Credit Management and Credit Risk Management principles
- Proficiency in Finance and Credit practices
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating financial information and risk
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
- Prior experience in credit management or financial services is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and regulatory frameworks is a plus
