You will work on:
- Autonomous AI agents
- Multi-agent reasoning loops
- Real-time voice systems
- Sanskrit + multilingual grounding
- AI memory architectures
- Domain-specific inference optimization
- Hallucination suppression pipelines
- Retrieval + citation engines
- Self-improving orchestration systems
- Synthetic personas (Pandit / Jajman / Temple Ops)
- Sub-200ms inference infrastructure
What you'll actually do
- Build AI systems that reason, not just respond
- Fine-tune and optimize models for domain cognition
- Engineer agentic execution loops
- Reduce latency from seconds to milliseconds
- Create grounding pipelines against classical texts
- Build orchestration layers across 200+ models
- Work directly on infra powering live production systems
- Design systems replacing operational workflows entirely
Requirements
- Extremely strong engineering fundamentals
- Deep obsession with AI systems
- Rust / Python / Go / distributed systems experience
- Experience with LLM infra, inference, or orchestration
- Ability to ship at uncomfortable speed
- Can operate without PMs or bureaucracy
- Open-source mindset preferred
