Role OverviewWe are seeking energetic and persuasiveBPO Telecallerswho can effectively communicate with potential students, explain educational programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow within the edtech industry.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective students and counsel them about our courses and programs.
- Manage inbound inquiries and follow up regularly to ensure conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams for smooth communication.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- 03 years of experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service (freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales/conversion targets.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
