Role & Responsibilities
- Taking Incoming calls of customers and capturing important details in the system
- Understand the customer's query and provide resolution
- Doing Outbound calls to customers and attending their queries and helping them to understand the product

- Good verbal and written Communication Skills (Malayalam, Basic English)
- Good in customer dealing (Know about Customer Service)
- Knowledge of Computer, Basic Typing
- Good Interpersonal Skills (Positive attitude, Negotiation Skills)
