Job Description

NTT DATA- Hiring for International Banking BPO Supervisor / Assistant Manager- inGurgaon- Permanent Role

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Work Location: Gurgaon, Sector 48

Candidate with banking industry will be considered only

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of Financial Transactions Analysts and Settlement and Reconciliation Analysts.

2. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure high performance and professional development.

3. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address issues, and communicate updates.

Variance Monitoring and Resolution:

1. Oversee the identification, monitoring, and tracking of variances to ensure timely resolution.

2. Ensure all reconciliations are supported with detailed documentation on a daily basis.

Reconciliation and Reporting:

1. Supervise the preparation of bank and account reconciliations.

2. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of general ledger maintenance.

3. Oversee daily reconciliation of client bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly supported.

Financial Transaction Management:

1. Oversee the application of postings and reversals of financial transactions.

2. Ensure thorough analysis and decision-making based on financial information.

3. Supervise investigation activities related to payments and adjustments.

Additional Duties:

Support convenience cheque processing.

Perform other related duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Educational Background:

Should be a Graduate.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience in a banking environment.

Previous supervisory experience in the financial sector.

Fluent in English; Skills and Competencies:

Willingness to pursue continuous learning and self-development.

Additional Information:

This role requires adherence to established departmental escalation procedures and quality standards defined by the client.
