Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and experienced candidates for International Voice Process and BPO Sales Executive roles for leading US/UK/Australia-based processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and experience in international voice or sales processes.

Open Positions

1) International Broadband Voice / Sales Process

Preferred Experience:

• USA / UK / Australia Broadband Voice experience preferred
• OR
• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Sales

Shift Timings:

• 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• (Rotational shifts & rotational week offs)

2) International Broadband Voice Process (Graveyard Shift)

Preferred Experience:

• USA / UK / Australia Broadband Voice experience preferred
• OR
• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Sales

Shift Timing:

• 12:30 AM – 9:30 AM (Graveyard Shift)

3) International Voice Process

Experience Required:

• Any International Voice experience with excellent communication skills

Shift Timings:

• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
• 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM
• (Rotational shifts & rotational week offs)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers for voice and BPO services
• Handle inbound and outbound international customer interactions
• Deliver excellent customer service and sales support
• Conduct market research to understand customer requirements
• Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales tools

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
• Customer handling and sales skills preferred
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Immediate joiners preferred
