About the Role
Solvable Creations is seeking a motivated, target-driven BPO Sales Executive to join our growing outsourcing division. This role is specifically designed for candidates with a strong background in the Healthcare and Education sectors who are ready to leverage their customer engagement expertise in a Healthcare client environment.
You will be at the frontline of customer conversion, handling inbound and outbound processes and playing a critical role in expanding our healthcare client's customer base. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls on behalf of our Healthcare client.
- Convert leads and inquiries into active customers by effectively communicating the value of healthcare products and services.
- Apply consultative selling techniques drawn from prior experience in the Healthcare and Education industry to adapt messaging for healthcare audiences.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversion status in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with team leads to refine pitches and objection-handling scripts for the healthcare vertical.
- Handle customer objections professionally and escalate unresolved queries as per defined SOPs.
- Stay updated on healthcare product features, regulatory guidelines, and competitive positioning.
- Participate in regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training modules.
- Contribute to team morale and uphold Solvable Creations values of integrity, accountability, and excellence.
Eligibility & Requirements
Mandatory Background:
- Minimum 1–3 years of BPO experience in the Healthcare sector
- Minimum 1–3 years of BPO experience in the Credit Card sector (card sales, upsell/cross-sell, collections, or customer service).
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven customer conversion ability with a track record of consistently meeting sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication in English and/or regional languages (as required by the client account).
- Strong objection handling, active listening, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to adapt communication style to a healthcare audience with empathy and clarity.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic computer proficiency.
- High self-motivation with an appetite for incentive-based earnings.
- Ability to work rotational or fixed shifts as per client requirements.
