Role Description
This is a full-time REMOTE role for a BPO Project Manager located in India. The BPO Project Manager will manage and oversee project operations, ensuring timely delivery and completion of projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, managing logistics and inspections, expediting project processes, and ensuring that project goals and client satisfaction are met efficiently.
Required Skills
10+ Years Experience in BPO Service Delivery
Project Management and Client Management Roles
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field is a plus
Experience with BPO services and US Healthcare sector is a plus
