Job Description

  • We are seeking BPO Professionals to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidates will have 1-6 years of experience in the BPO sector, demonstrating strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and standards during customer interactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
