BPO KPO Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Check Executive to review propertypreservationjob files and ensure accuracy and quality as per company standards. The role involves checking documentation and carefully reviewing photos to validate complete work. The Quality Check Executive should have knowledge of basic property preservation and an understanding of both the exterior and interior components of a residential home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review property preservation job files for accuracy and completeness
• Carefully analyze before, during, and after photos
• Identify discrepancies, missing details, or quality issues
• Ensure adherence to defined quality guidelines
• Share feedback and errors with relevant teamsand vendors

Required Skills & Eligibility:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Quality Checking, Auditing, or a related role/BPO/KPO.
• Strong attention to detail, especially while reviewing photos
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Ability to follow quality processes and instructions
• Knowledge of propertypreservationis preferred
• Willingness to work in a night shift
• Should have their own laptop

• 9:30 PM IST 6:30 AM IST
