We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates to join our BPO team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and providing solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions.
• Document customer interactions in the company's database accurately and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Assist in the resolution of customer issues and escalate complex problems to higher management when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in local languages is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office and customer service software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Open to feedback and willing to learn new skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
