Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic freshers / entry-level candidates (01 year experience) to join our BPO team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in customer service and grow in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Location: Bengaluru

Role: Customer Support Executive (Fresher)

Salary: 12,000 18,000 per month

Shift: Rotational shifts (6 days working, 1 rotational off)

Joining: Immediate | Walk-in Available

Language Requirement:

Candidates fluent in any one of the following languages are preferred:

Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, or Marathi

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with orders, account queries, and basic technical support
• Maintain and update customer interaction records in CRM systems
• Meet individual and team performance targets for service quality

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts
