Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BPO Executive located in Jaipur. The BPO Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, managing customer accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves data entry, generating reports, and collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes and support overall business operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills, including handling inquiries and managing accounts
• Data entry and report generation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using ERP software and other relevant technology
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
